Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21-12-2025
Alliya respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our accessibility auditing tool, how it is used, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Alliya does not require user accounts and does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details.
When you use the service, we may process:
- The website URL you submit for accessibility analysis
- Technical information such as IP address and request metadata (for security and rate-limiting)
- Temporary audit results generated by automated tools
2. How We Use This Information
The collected information is used solely to:
- Run accessibility audits on publicly available web pages
- Protect the service from abuse, spam, and excessive automated usage
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience
3. Third-Party Services
Alliya uses third-party APIs to perform accessibility analysis. In particular, audit results are generated using automated tools based on Google Lighthouse via the PageSpeed Insights API.
Submitted URLs may be processed by these services in order to generate audit data. We do not control how third-party services process data, and their own privacy policies apply.
4. Data Retention
Audit results may be cached temporarily to improve performance and reduce repeated requests. Cached data is automatically deleted after a short period of time.
IP addresses and technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Alliya does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics tools that identify users. Basic technical cookies may be used only if required for the service to function correctly.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Request access to any personal data processed about you
- Request correction or deletion of such data
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
Since Alliya does not maintain user accounts or long-term personal data, these rights generally apply only to limited technical information.
7. Public Websites Only
You should only submit URLs for websites that are publicly accessible and that you have permission to analyze. Do not submit private, internal, or confidential URLs.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page.
